About the Internship

About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally detail oriented UI UX Design Intern who understands that great design is not decoration. It is structure, clarity, consistency, and systems thinking.
You will work on real production products including dashboards, structured admin panels, analytics systems, and scalable SaaS platforms.
This is not a “make it look nice” internship.
This is a systems driven design role.
What We Expect
• Strong understanding of design systems and strict guideline adherence
• Ability to follow spacing rules, grid systems, and typography scales precisely
• Clear understanding of layout hierarchy and component consistency
• Ability to design using predefined tokens and standards
• Pixel level attention to detail
If you cannot follow a grid system precisely, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
Design System Discipline
• Work within structured design systems such as IBM Carbon or similar
• Maintain strict consistency across components
• Use spacing scales and layout grids properly
• Avoid arbitrary design decisions
UI Execution
• Convert wireframes into high fidelity screens
• Design dashboards, tables, forms, analytics views, and structured interfaces
• Create reusable components in Figma
Collaboration
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Accept feedback professionally and iterate quickly
• Maintain design documentation
Research and Iteration
• Study existing enterprise platforms
• Improve usability through structured thinking
• Conduct small usability validation tasks
Skills Required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating structured UI work
• Proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of 8 point grid systems
• Good knowledge of typography hierarchy
• Strong visual alignment discipline
• Ability to replicate enterprise grade UI standards

Qualifications
No degree required.
No formal education requirement.
Your portfolio and design discipline matter more than certificates.
Freshers are welcome if your work shows maturity and systems thinking.
