About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who's curious about user behavior, enjoys solving problems through design, and wants to create experiences that actually work not just look pretty.

This is not a "design-for-portfolio-only" internship.

You'll be working on real websites, landing pages, and user flows inside a fast-moving digital agency and learning how UI/UX design works in the real world.

What You'll Be Doing
*Designing user-friendly website and landing page interfaces
*Creating wireframes, user flows & basic prototypes
*Assisting in improving website UX based on user intent & behavior
*Collaborating with developers, designers & marketing teams
*Translating requirements into clean, usable UI designs
*Maintaining consistency across design systems & components
*Making iterations based on feedback, usability & performance
*Preparing design files for development handoff
*Sharing ideas to improve usability and user experience (yes, your ideas matter)

What You'll Learn (Training Provided)
*How agency-level UI/UX projects are planned & executed
*Understanding user intent, journeys & conversion-focused design
*Wireframing, prototyping & design systems
*Working with developers for smooth design-to-dev handoff
*UX best practices for marketing and lead-driven websites
*Real-world usability improvements & iterations
*How real UI/UX processes work (not textbook stuff)

What We're Looking For
*Basic knowledge of Figma (or similar UI/UX tools)
*Understanding of UI principles, spacing, typography & usability
*Interest in user experience, interface design & problem-solving
*Ability to think from a user's perspective
*Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
*Pursuing or completed B.Des / BFA / B.Sc / BCA / UX/UI-related courses
*Freshers or students serious about UI/UX design
*Any exposure to usability testing, web UX, or conversion optimization is a bonus
*Portfolio, Behance, or Figma links are a big plus

Internship Details
Type: Full-Time Internship
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Onsite)
