1. Assist in creating travel itineraries, quotations, and bookings2. Coordinate with hotels, vendors, DMCs, and transport partners for rates & confirmations
3. Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, call, and email
4. Make cold calls to prospective clients & explain services
6. Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and update sheets
7. Research destinations, hotels, activities, and packages
8. Backend support during ongoing client trips
