About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible event management interns who are passionate about planning, organizing, and hosting events. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time event execution across cafés and venues in Bangalore.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
2. Coordinate with venues, cafés, and partner locations across Bangalore.
3. Support event hosting and on-ground management to ensure smooth execution.
4. Communicate with vendors, participants, and internal teams before and during events.
5. Be available for late evening/night hours, depending on event schedules.
6. Be comfortable traveling to South Bangalore and nearby locations for events.
7. Help with last-minute arrangements, setup, and troubleshooting during events.
