About the Internship
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive with prior experience in selling Health, Term Life, and Motor Insurance. The candidate should be confident in customer interactions over calls as well as chat platforms and possess strong insurance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective customers for insurance sales.
*Sell Health, Term Life, and Motor Insurance products as per customer requirements
Communicate with customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat portals
*Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium details clearly
Generate leads, follow up, and close sales within defined timelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support
Required Skills & Qualifications.
*Mandatory knowledge of insurance products (Health, Term & Motor)
Proven experience in telesales / inside sales in insurance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Comfortable with calling and chat-based communication
*Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently
*Customer-focused attitude with professional phone etiquette
Preferred Candidate Profile
*Prior experience in an insurance broking company
*Target-driven and result-oriented
*Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email handling)
