About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Interacting via direct calls
2. Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
3. Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
4. Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
5. Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
6. Proactively calling prospective clients to pitch products/services or answering inbound queries.
7. Identifying potential customers and persuading them to purchase.
8. Addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing information about offerings.
9. Meeting weekly or monthly sales targets.
10. Following up on prospective leads to convert them into sales.
Requirements & Skills:
1. Strong verbal communication skills
2. A confident, patient, and persuasive attitude to handle objections.
3. Basic knowledge of computer systems.
4. Previous experience in tele sales, customer support or a similar role is typically preferred.
