About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
2. Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals and online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
3. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Handholding candidates through the evaluation process, which includes tests and interviews, and eventually helping onboard them into the organization.
5. Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
6. Assisting in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
7. Stretching beyond normal working hours to meet the end goal of hiring interns, since candidates may not be available throughout the day.
