2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
4. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
5. Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment documentation is up-to-date.
6. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
7. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates and team members.
