About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Social Media Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
2. Identify and leverage global content trends, formats, hooks, and audio
3. Plan content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and brand goals
4. Create scroll-stopping short-form video concepts (UGC, reels, memes, trend-based content)
B. Influencer Marketing
1. Identify, onboard, and manage international influencers & creators
2. Lead UGC-driven and purchase-led influencer campaigns
3. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and ads rights
4. Maintain long-term creator partnerships and in-house creator programs
C. Content Creation & Editing (Hands-On)
1. Personally create and/or edit content using tools like CapCut, Edit,
2. Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and CTAs
3. Ability to guide creators with clear briefs, references, and creative direction
D. Performance & Optimization
1. Track content and influencer performance (reach, engagement, saves, conversions)
2. Optimize content based on insights and trends
3. Collaborate with paid ads teams for whitelisting and boosting influencer content
