Social Media Marketing Internship in Chennai at Arrow Focuz

About the Internship

Candidates will be shortlisted in 48-72 hours.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who can handle admin, Content writing, and basic social media- a strong execution partner to the founder.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Admin and Operations (Around 40% weightage)
1. Organise files, folders, documents, contacts
2. Maintain Google Sheets (registrations, lists, tracking, etc)
3. Handle backend coordination smoothly
4. Customer Communication and calls
5. Handle the accounts & Financials of events, and use data to identify trends & patterns to help us grow.

B. Social Media & Marketing  (Around 30% weightage)
1. Handle Instagram content planning, posting, replying to messages and queries
2. Write strong English content (must have skill)
3. Assist with promotions, shooting, and workshop marketing
4. Run & support Meta ads

C. Workshops & Founder support  (Around 30% weightage)
1. Assist during live workshops & events (online/on-ground)
2. Support logistics, coordination, follow-ups
3. Be an execution partner

Working days:

1. Monday to Saturday - hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview.
2. Full-time role with flexible hours
3. ✅ All Tuesdays are OFF
4. Some Sundays may require on-site or online work. (during workshops or events)

Structure:

1. This is approximately 60% WFH & only 40% on-site
2. Backend & planning work can be remote
3. Event days, workshops, important 1:1s, and execution days require in-person work

Must Haves:
1. Excellent English content writing
2. Good understanding of Instagram & Meta
3. Love to multitask & Learn new skills
4. It really does not matter what degree/education you have completed! :)

Nice to Haves (Not Must Haves, Ready to learn along the way):
1. Knows Automations (Zapier, workflows, tools, etc.)
2. Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, tracking, logic)
3. Shooting videos/reels and social media content
4. Interest in marketing + business + Content writing
5. If you're someone who is interested in Dance! (Bonus points)

Salary Structure:
1. First 3 months: Probationary period- ₹7000 / month + Commissions and incentives
2. Post internship: ₹14,000 (Or more based on your work quality, responsibility, and revenue growth)
