1. Strategic sales planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and strategic business development plans to drive growth.
2. Lead generation & RFP development: Create and pursue new business opportunities, draft and respond to RFPs, and follow up on potential leads.
3. Business development: Proactively identify, engage, and close new business across targeted industries and service verticals.
4. Sales pipeline management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and outbound sales techniques.
5. Industry events: Plan and represent the company at major industry events and trade shows, as required and within budget.
6. Client engagement: Conduct discovery meetings, deliver tailored solution pitches and presentations, and manage contract negotiations.
7. Market intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning.
8. Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure sales strategies align with service delivery.
9. Target achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
10. Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate, insightful sales reports for senior management, and maintain best practices in reporting standards.
