About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Sales calling & lead conversion
1- Making outbound and inbound calls to enquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and referrals
2- Explaining our healing services, sessions, workshops, and retreat offerings clearly and compassionately
3- Following up with warm leads and nurturing them until conversion
4- Maintaining call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules
5- Achieving the weekly/monthly conversion targets
B. Client coordination & communication
1- Handling client queries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and email
2- Scheduling appointments, sessions, and consultations
3- Sending reminders for sessions, payments, and upcoming programs
4- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and supportive tone while speaking to clients
C. Administration & operations support
1- Managing daily administrative tasks and internal coordination
2- Maintaining client databases, attendance records, and payment tracking
3- Assisting in organizing workshops, group sessions, and retreats
4- Coordinating with therapists/healers for schedules and logistics
D. Basic management support
1- Helping to streamline daily operations and workflow
2- Tracking leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups
3- Assisting in reporting weekly performance and insights
4- Supporting in improving client experience and process efficiency
