About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Generate new business leads through online research, databases, and market mapping
2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company services
3. Collect and update customer details such as requirements, decision-maker info, and contact data
4. Qualify leads based on business needs and sales potential
5. Follow up with interested prospects to move them toward conversion
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up status in Excel/CRM
7. Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and closing opportunities
8. Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads generated, calls made, and conversions
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer handling
10. Learn and follow company sales scripts, SOPs, and reporting formats
