About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Sourcing & Screening Candidates: Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms, and conduct initial resume screening.
2. Interview Coordination & Candidate Communication: Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
3. Recruitment Data Management & Reporting: Maintain ATS/candidate records, track hiring progress, and support basic recruitment reporting.
