About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes as per job requirements
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial telephonic screening calls
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment reports
Assist in drafting and posting job openings
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and next steps
Support HR operations and documentation
Assist in onboarding formalities for selected candidates
