About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (telephonic/virtual).
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
6. Support end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters.
7. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
