About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle from sourcing and initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy: Use LinkedIn, Naukri, other Job Boards and internal databases to find passive talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and rapid interview process. Career Crafterz is known for quick turnarounds; you will be expected to maintain high "candidate NPS."
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment funnels, including lead-to-hire ratios, time-to-fill, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Employer Branding: Assist in positioning Career Crafterz as a top finance and Non-It Staffing and Recruitment Firm
