About the Internship
As a performance marketing intern at SpinZo, your day-to-day work will focus on driving real customer bookings through Meta Ads and Google Ads. Your success will be measured by conversions, cost efficiency, and consistent customer acquisition.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Launch, manage, and execute customer acquisition campaigns on Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook) and Google Search Ads.
2. Target campaigns accurately for Bangalore-based local audiences with clear acquisition objectives.
3. Structure ad campaigns with defined goals such as leads, conversions, and WhatsApp bookings.
4. Monitor daily performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, CTR, booking rate, and overall conversions.
5. Identify underperforming ads and optimize performance by pausing, refining creatives, or adjusting targeting.
6. Test multiple ad angles such as convenience, pricing offers, professional pain points, urgency, and limited-time availability.
7. Coordinate with founders and design teams to produce and iterate static and video ad creatives.
8. Set up and manage end-to-end conversion tracking across web and mobile app platforms.
9. Optimize campaigns for completed orders rather than clicks or message interactions.
10. Analyze and improve the full conversion funnel from ad click to order completion.
11. Build, test, and refine audience segments, including working professionals, students, repeat visitors, and engagers.
12. Execute retargeting campaigns to convert warm audiences into paying customers.
13. Allocate and manage daily ad budgets efficiently to improve ROAS and minimize waste.
14. Reallocate spend toward high-performing campaigns and creatives.
15. Maintain weekly performance dashboards tracking bookings, spend versus revenue, top creatives, and learnings.
16. Share insights, results, and experiment plans during weekly review discussions.
17. Ensure lead quality by validating relevance and tracking conversion into paid customers.
18. Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to monitor conversion outcomes.
19. Run rapid growth experiments, including offer testing, landing page variants, seasonal campaigns, and referral initiatives.
