About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Track daily progress of ongoing film, social media, and event projects to maintain daily task completion logs for each project.
2. Follow up with internal teams (creative, production, editors, vendors) and flag delays, dependencies, or bottlenecks to the Ops Lead
3. Social Media Operations - Maintain content calendars, Track posting schedules and approvals, coordinating between designers, vendors, content writers etc.
4. Documentation & Filing - Organize: Client briefs, scripts, approvals, Invoices & POs (basic tracking, not accounting) and assisting with tenders.
5. Client Interaction : Official and Informal communication with clients including Govt. Ministries officials, PSU, Newspaper Publications, TV Channels etc.
