About the Internship
We are an import-based wholesale business dealing in luxury glassware, ceramic products, and premium gift articles. We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic intern who can support our social media marketing, Amazon operations, and sales coordination. This internship is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and business sales.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A) Social media management
1. Manage and grow Instagram/Facebook presence
2. Create and post reels, stories, product posts & promotional content
3. Maintain posting schedule and improve engagement
4. Support basic Canva designing/content writing
B) Amazon (e-commerce work)
1. Assist in Amazon product listing (titles, bullet points, descriptions)
2. Upload/maintain product catalogue and images
3. Track orders, pricing, and inventory updates
4. Support in improving listing SEO and product visibility
C) Sales support
1. Coordinate with clients (wholesale buyers/retailers)
2. Assist in lead generation and customer follow-ups
3. Prepare quotations, product details & catalogue sharing
4. Maintain sales records and customer database
