We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can gain hands-on experience in the industry.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
2. Support team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.
3. Assist with basic tasks and record-keeping.
4. Coordinate communication with clients and tenants.
5. Use Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to create and edit documents.
6. Maintain a tidy and efficient digital workspace.
7. Uphold a high standard of American English communication in all interactions.
8. Assist seniors in maintaining data for the real estate function, including rent received.
9. Assist with bank compliance related to the U.S. region.
10. Complete assigned work on time.
11. Be available for quick team huddle meetings.
