Position: Management Trainee - Global Equity Funds & Real Estate Advisory
Role Type: Client Acquisition & Relationship Development (Client-Facing Role)

Mint Global LLC, a Dubai-based Wealth and Real Estate Advisory firm, is expanding its India operations across Delhi NCR & Chandigarh. We invite final-year students & fresh graduates to join our 3 or 6 Months Management Trainee Program & kickstart your career in Wealth Management & Real Estate.

Founders’ Background:
Mint Global is led by founders with 25+ years of experience across Wealth Management, Real Estate and Skill Training. They have built and exited successful ventures (including Indian Realty Exchange acquired by Quikr) and have been associated with leading institutions such as IIMs, SRCC & FMS as alumni and faculty.


Program Highlights:
Structured 3 or 6 Months Management Trainee Program
1-Week Induction & Orientation Training (mandatory)
Hands-on exposure to Global Equity Funds & Real Estate (India & Dubai)
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity from ₹ 3 Lac to ₹ 12 Lac

Eligibility:
Final-Year UG / PG Students or Fresh Graduates
0–1 year of work experience
Strong communication skills & willingness to learn
Career-oriented mindset with interest in Finance, Wealth & Real Estate

Stipend & Career Progression:
Management Trainee Period (3 or 6 Months): 
₹15,000 per month + Incentives
PPO opportunity after successful completion of Trainee Period: 
₹3 LPA to ₹12 LPA + Incentives
Office Locations: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Mohali


Roles & Responsibilities: This is a client-facing, performance-driven role involving lead generation, client interaction, business development and relationship management in Wealth Management & Real Estate. The key responsibilities include:

Identify & acquire Retail & HNI clients for Global Equity Funds & Real Estate
Generate leads and drive sales through referrals, cold calls, digital platforms & networking events
Build & manage a network of lead-generation associates such as CAs, financial advisors & banking professionals
Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, follow-ups & closures
Build basic understanding of financial & real estate products, client profiling & advisory process
