About the Internship
As a Legal associate - arbitration, litigation & client management intern at Zen Legal LLP, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced legal team in handling arbitration cases, litigation matters, and client relationships. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel to assist in research, drafting legal documents, and managing client communications. Your strong time management skills and proficiency in written English will be crucial in ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation
2. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions
3. Assist in case management and preparation for arbitration and litigation hearings
4. Maintain and organize client files and documentation
5. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively
6. Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
7. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality legal services to clients
