About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct trademark searches and assist in filing applications
Monitor trademark status and maintain IP tracker
2. Assist in copyright and design protection matters
Conduct legal research on IP-related issues
3. Draft and review MoUs, NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts
Assist in structuring legally sound commercial agreements
