About the Internship
Key Responsibilities – Legal Intern (Maxleben Advisory, Noida)Assist in matters related to RERA compliance under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, including basic documentation and filing support.
Support the legal team in drafting notices, complaints, replies, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents.
Accompany seniors for court visits, case filings, and hearings; maintain records of proceedings and next dates.
Conduct legal research on real estate laws, case laws, and regulatory updates relevant to ongoing matters.
Assist in handling buyer–builder disputes, including documentation, case preparation, and coordination with clients.
Help in case file management, maintaining proper documentation, and tracking status of ongoing cases.
Coordinate with internal teams for collecting required documents and information for legal matters.
Support in preparing case summaries, briefs, and reports for senior management.
Liaise with advocates, court staff, and authorities for follow-ups and procedural requirements.
Stay updated with RERA regulations and real estate legal developments.
