About the Internship
We are looking for an IT systems intern to set up and manage Zoho One Business Suite applications and handle basic website updates for our interior design firm. You will work closely with the founder to implement systems that streamline HR, CRM, marketing, project tracking, legal, analytics, customer and vendor portals and workflows.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Zoho setup & implementation:
1. Set up and configure Zoho One Business Suite that includes but not limited to Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Social and campaigns, Zoho Projects, creator, sign, legal etc.
2. Create users, roles, permissions, and workflows
3. Design forms, approvals, and automation rules
4. Integrate apps across the Zoho ecosystem
5. Maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth implementation
B. Zoho operations support:
1. Troubleshoot issues
2. Create dashboards and reports
3. Document SOPs for system usage
4. Provide support to team members
C. Website updates (Hostinger):
1. Update text, images, and pages on WordPress/Hostinger
2. Fix layout or basic design issues
3. Upload portfolio projects and blogs
4. Ensure site responsiveness and clean UI
5. Integrate the existing website, email domain, and storage in Zoho
6. Coordinate with hosting support if required
D. Technical support:
1. Conduct basic troubleshooting for emails, integrations, or website errors
2. Assist in setting up domain/CNAME/SSL configurations (guidance provided)
