About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work on improving organization performance
2. Identify business growth opportunities
3. Recruit and train staff
4. Handle team building, supervision, development, and training process of the staff
5. Supervise, inspire and motivate the staff
6. Train and develop team members in regards to product knowledge, brand information, key features, and benefits of the product
7. Review daily activities of department meetings
8. Handle administration duties
9. Update staff records in the Excel Sheet
