1. Assist in end-to-end hiring and recruitment process2. Source and screen candidates from job portals and databases
3. Call candidates and schedule interviews
4. Coordinate with candidates and internal interview panels
5. Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers
6. Share interview details and follow up with applicants
7. Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
8. Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the process
