About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other professional networks.
5. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
6. Maintain and update candidate databases.
