About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
4. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
5. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates
6. Support onboarding and exit formalities, including pre-joining processes
7. Maintain HR documentation, trackers, and databases
8. Assist in employee engagement activities
9. Support performance tracking and feedback cycles
10. Help with day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks
