About the Internship

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our dynamic team.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
4. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and providing support to managers
5. Help coordinate training and development programs for employees
6. Support employee engagement initiatives and events
7. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and create reports for management
