Assist with recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientations.
3. Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and HR databases.
4. Help in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
5. Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and events.
6. Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to gain hands-on experience in the field.
