About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage daily front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out
2. Assist in supervising and coordinating front office staff
3. Handle guest queries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
4. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
5. Maintain guest records, billing, cash handling, and shift reports
6. Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and service standards
7. Support OTA bookings, walk-ins, and group reservations
