About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Document and organize all key discussions, decisions, and action points across meetings, calls, and internal discussions.
2. Manage and update the founder's calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling, timely reminders, and conflict-free planning.
3. Take regular follow-ups from the founder and team members to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and priorities are on track.
4. Coordinate internal communication by setting up structured systems to improve team transparency.
5. Assist the founder with daily operational tasks, research assignments, meeting prep, and brainstorming sessions.
6. Support in maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reports for ongoing projects and campaigns.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with founder-level directives.
8. Provide logistical support for meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating summaries.
