About the Internship
As an Event Management intern at Design My Wed, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, learning about all aspects of event planning and execution. You will be responsible for supporting the team in creating unforgettable experiences for our clients' special occasions.1. Assist in the coordination of event logistics, including vendor management and timeline creation.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track budgets, RSVPs, and other important event details.
3. Collaborate with the design team to create stunning event materials using Canva.
4. Attend client meetings and assist in brainstorming creative ideas for events.
5. Assist in on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and inform future event planning.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management to bring fresh ideas to the team.
