About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Calling and counseling prospective students regarding UG/PG & Online programs offered by partner universities.
2. Understanding student needs and recommending suitable courses and universities.
3. Handling inbound & outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and follow-ups.
4. Explaining course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and deadlines clearly.
5. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updating the CRM regularly.
6. Achieving daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
7. Coordinating with the admissions and operations team to ensure smooth enrollments.
8. Learning end-to-end education sales and admission lifecycle.
