About the Internship
FileSure is a technology-driven compliance and company-intelligence platform focused on Indian corporate data. The company provides structured access to MCA-related records and filings, compliance-oriented data products, and subscription/API-based solutions for professionals and enterprises. We are hiring customer support interns to manage website and WhatsApp queries during daytime operating hours. Your core job is to ensure fast, accurate, and polite responses to every incoming query, with zero dropped chats. This role is ideal for candidates who are responsive, process-oriented, and comfortable handling customer conversations in real time.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle all incoming website live chats and WhatsApp queries promptly.
2. Provide accurate product and service information to prospects and customers.
3. Acknowledge every query immediately and drive it to resolution.
4. Maintain zero dropped chats by actively monitoring and managing all conversations.
5. Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate teams without delay.
6. Track open conversations and update statuses regularly to ensure closure.
7. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to arrange callbacks, demos, and follow-ups as needed.
