About the Internship
This is a 1-month internship, with strong potential to extend based on performance. Along with that, there is also scope for incentive earnings, for every new client we receive via social media, you earn a fixed amount per client.As our social media & Instagram growth intern, you will:
A. Content creation & posting:
1. Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories tailored to Instagram audiences.
2. Write compelling captions that reflect our brand voice and values (healing, wellness, and growth).
3. Design visuals and layouts using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
B. Strategy & planning:
1. Assist in planning and implementing social media strategies to organically grow followers and engagement.
2. Contribute fresh content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and our mission.
3. Support the development and maintenance of a monthly content calendar.
C. Community engagement:
1. Engage with comments, messages, and story interactions in a thoughtful, brand-aligned way.
2. Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve reach and interaction.
3. Research hashtags and trends relevant to healing and wellness for optimized posting.
D. Analytics & reporting:
1. Track basic analytics (e.g., reach, likes, saves, and follower growth) and prepare short weekly performance overviews.
2. Support simple reporting and insights to help refine our social media approach.
E. Support tasks: Assist with simple email newsletters, blog reposts, or content repurposing for platforms beyond Instagram (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube).
