About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Content Planning & Strategy
1. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals & campaigns
2. Research trends, competitors & content ideas for better engagement
3. Finalise content themes, formats (reels, posts, carousels, stories)
B. Content Creation & Coordination
1. Coordinate with designers, videographers & creators for creatives
2. Brief the creative team with clear concepts & references
3. Ensure brand tone, visuals & messaging are consistent
C. Posting & Scheduling
1. Upload posts, reels & stories as per content calendar
2. Write engaging captions, hashtags & CTAs
3. Schedule content using tools or native apps
D. Community Management
1. Reply to DMs, comments & story reactions
2. Handle basic customer queries or forward to the concerned team
3. Build engagement through polls, Q&As & story interactions
E. Performance Tracking & Reporting
1. Track daily performance: reach, engagement, saves, clicks
2. Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
3. Suggest improvements based on analytics
F. Growth & Engagement
1. Engage with relevant pages, creators & communities
2. Identify collaboration & influencer opportunities
3. Support giveaways, campaigns & launches
G. Brand & Campaign Support
1. Support product/service launches with pre-buzz & launch content
2. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines
3. Coordinate with internal teams for approvals
