About the Internship

Role Summary:
We are looking for a young, creative, and highly passionate Social Media Marketing Analyst Intern who will be responsible for executing content creation and supporting the complete social media workflow.
This role is perfect for someone who loves shooting reels, editing videos, designing posts, and is eager to build a career in the wellness / fitness content industry.
You will work closely with the founder and team to grow multiple social media brands through high-quality, consistent content.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Shooting & Execution (Core Responsibility)
Assist in planning and executing regular shoots (reels, photos, testimonials, studio clips)
Handle behind-the-scenes shooting for classes, workshops, events
Maintain shoot discipline: lighting, angles, framing, and content quality
Prepare weekly shoot plans and shot lists
2) Video Editing & Reel Creation (Very Important)
Edit reels regularly (trend-based + educational + cinematic)
Add subtitles, transitions, music, hooks, and storytelling elements
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Facebook Reels
Maintain brand consistency in editing style and formats
3) Canva / Photoshop / Graphic Design (Very Important)
Design high-quality posts, carousels, posters, thumbnails, and story creatives
Create workshop posters, event banners, offers, certificates, announcements
Develop clean templates for consistent branding
Strong Canva skills mandatory
Photoshop skills preferred (or willingness to learn fast)
4) Social Media Posting & Management
Post daily stories, reels, and posts regularly as per the calendar
Upload content with correct hashtags, captions, and tagging
Maintain consistency across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Coordinate with founder for approvals before posting
5) Caption Writing & Content Writing
Write strong captions with hooks, storytelling, and call-to-actions
Write content for LinkedIn posts and brand announcements
Support writing for multiple pages and multiple audiences
Improve content language quality (English + simple Hindi mix preferred)
6) Content Planning & Coordination
Maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar
Suggest trends, reel ideas, hooks, and viral formats
Coordinate content requirements for upcoming workshops and launches
Ensure posting deadlines are met without delays
7) Performance Tracking & Analytics (Support Responsibility)
Track weekly Instagram analytics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, followers)
Monitor reel performance and identify top-performing formats
Competitor analysis: track other yoga/fitness creators and trends
Create simple weekly performance reports
Required Skills
Strong interest in social media and content creation
Canva skills (must)
Video editing skills (must): CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / InShot
Basic knowledge of Instagram trends and reel formats
Good creativity + aesthetic sense
Good communication and ability to work in a team
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Photoshop knowledge
Photography / videography knowledge
Knowledge of lighting, framing, and cinematic editing
Experience in fitness/yoga content
Understanding of branding and storytelling
