About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Acquire, onboard, and manage brand accounts.
2. Understand client requirements and translate them into campaign setups.
3. Explain Pop Brain's performance model and platform process.
4. Maintain strong relationships with marketing teams and agencies.
5. Manage ongoing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams.
6. Handle client queries, reporting, and performance improvement calls.
7. Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
8. Ensure consistent account retention and satisfaction.
