About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
2. Understand client needs, concerns, and preferences, and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
3. Assist clients with diet-related queries, schedule updates, and progress tracking.
4. Maintain warm, supportive, and solution-focused communication with all clients.
5. Ensure clients feel heard, valued, and consistently engaged.
6. Source specific foods, ingredients, or products required for customized client plans.
7. Coordinate with vendors, local suppliers, and stores to check availability and pricing.
8. Support timely delivery or pickup of items for clients when required.
9. Maintain a sourcing database covering vendors, prices, and locations.
10. Assist the nutrition team in procuring specialty items for diet plans.
11. Update client records and progress logs regularly.
12. Document dietary preferences, restrictions, and client feedback.
13. Coordinate internally with nutrition and logistics teams.
14. Handle basic administrative and operational tasks as needed.
