About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Brand strategy & positioning:
1. Develop unique brand identities for multiple cloud kitchen brands
2. Define brand tone, visuals, packaging, and messaging
3. Ensure consistency across apps, menus, and marketing channels
B. Menu & product strategy:
1. Curate menus based on market trends, food costs, and customer demand
2. Optimize pricing, portion sizes, and combo meals
3. Work closely with chefs & operations for menu innovation
C. Online platform management:
1. Optimize brand listings on Zomato & Swiggy (images, descriptions, tags)
2. Plan offers, discounts, and visibility campaigns
3. Analyze platform performance & ratings
D. Marketing & growth:
1. Plan digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, influencers)
2. Run festival & limited-time food campaigns
3. Increase repeat orders through loyalty & CRM strategies
E. Customer experience & reputation:
1. Monitor reviews & ratings, resolve customer feedback
2. Improve packaging, delivery experience, and brand recall
3. Drive customer retention and brand trust
F. Data & performance analysis:
1. Track sales, conversion rates, CAC, and brand-wise profitability
2. Use insights to improve menus, pricing, and promotions
3. Prepare weekly/monthly brand performance reports
