Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage counselors and AI specialists to drive demo bookings, conversions, and customer satisfaction
2. Set clear targets and monitor KPIs to track individual and team performance
3. Coach and support team members to improve productivity and outcomes
4. Ensure high-quality human and AI-led customer interactions
5. Track performance metrics and conduct gap analysis to identify improvement areas
6. Facilitate training initiatives to address performance gaps
7. Report insights, performance updates, and recommendations to management
