About the Job
Role description:We're hiring a full-time website developer using WordPress/Webflow & SEO specialist who can own the entire website function - from building beautiful, fast websites to making sure they rank on Google and convert visitors into leads.
You'll work directly with the founder on client projects across industries. This isn't a "just execute tasks" role; we want someone who thinks, suggests improvements, and takes ownership.
Key responsibilities:
A. Web development:
1. Design and build responsive, professional websites using WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Webflow, or similar platforms
2. Create landing pages, service pages, portfolio sites, and full business websites for B2B clients
3. Ensure all websites are fast, mobile-optimized, and built for conversions
4. Integrate contact forms, CRMs, analytics, chat widgets, and necessary plugins
5. Handle ongoing website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
B. SEO (on-page & technical):
1. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for every project
2. Implement on-page SEO - meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags, internal linking, and schema markup
3. Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and fix technical SEO issues
4. Set up and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics
5. Write or edit SEO-optimized blog posts and website copy
C. Google My Business & local SEO:
1. Set up and fully optimize Google Business Profiles for clients
2. Ensure NAP (name, address, and phone) consistency across web
3. Manage GMB posts, reviews, Q&A, and photos
4. Build local citations and directory listings
5. Track local search rankings and implement improvements
D. Google Ads (basic):
1. Set up Google Ads campaigns - Search and Display
2. Create ad copy and select targeting keywords
3. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions
4. Manage budgets and provide performance reports to clients
