About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Perform real-time customer identification via reviewing KYC documents on Video calls.
2. Demonstrate the highest standards of customer service while ensuring that customers are comfortable through the verification process.
3. Prevent and decline unauthorized, fraudulent, and impersonation attempts.
4. Adhere to SOPs and Service quality standards.
5. Identify and Report process improvement suggestions.
Additional details:
Working Days: 6 Days (Work From Office) with 1 rotational week off
Timings for male candidates: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Timings for female candidates: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
