About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Utilize design software (InShot, CapCut, and VN Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe Premiere Rush, After Effects, etc.)
2. Have a working knowledge of AI-powered tools for video creation and editing (e.g., AI video generators, auto-captioning, background removal, enhancement tools)
3. Have a basic understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.
4. Have familiarity with social media trends, formats, and best practices.
5. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, designers, and the marketing team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute video content that aligns with the production vision and brand guidelines.
6. Collect, organize, trim, and edit raw video and audio from multiple sources into high-quality content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
7. Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
8. Add music, sound effects, dialogue, graphics, titles, subtitles, and visual effects.
9. Perform color correction and basic color grading to ensure visual consistency
10. Synchronize audio and video and ensure smooth visual continuity throughout edits
11. Ensure final deliverables meet technical specifications, creative expectations, and platform requirements
12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver completed work within strict deadlines
13. Maintain organized project files and follow proper naming and versioning standards
