About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Edit and produce high-quality corporate, promotional, training, and internal communication videos
2. Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to understand content requirements and objectives
3. Create brand-aligned motion graphics, intros, outros, lower thirds, and visual elements
4. Perform color correction, audio balancing, and final rendering to ensure professional quality
5. Handle basic graphic design work such as:
i. Thumbnails, banners, posters, and social media creatives
ii. Simple layouts using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
6. Ensure all videos and designs follow company branding guidelines
7. Optimize video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and internal platforms
8. Manage video assets, raw footage, and design files systematically
9. Implement feedback and revisions efficiently and professionally
10. Meet deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously
11. Use licensed/royalty-free music, footage, and design assets
➕ Additional/Preferred Responsibilities:
1. Support videography or shooting when required
2. Assist in social media campaigns and short-form content
3. Stay updated with design and video editing trends
4. Maintain confidentiality and quality standards
