Radistream Technologies is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Jr. US IT Recruiter as part of its expansion plans. This is a full-time position with on-the-job training in US IT recruitment, where you will learn industry best practices and work with Fortune 100 clients to source top IT talent across the United States.Key responsibilities
1. Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for US contract-to-hire roles
2. Work extensively on job boards and recruitment platforms
3. Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill needs
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
5. Negotiate compensation and support a smooth onboarding
6. Work during US business hours (EST)
