As a travel consultant specializing in Sales at Columbus Vacations Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our clients while maximizing sales and revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in planning their dream vacations, providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive travel packages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
2. Promote and sell Columbus Vacations' travel packages to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
3. Research and stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
4. Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to negotiate the best rates and secure exclusive deals for our clients.
5. Handle booking transactions, process payments, and assist with any travel-related inquiries or issues before, during, and after the trip.
6. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients, increase customer loyalty, and generate repeat business.
7. Provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience for clients.
